Nigerian singer Speed Darlington has declared that he would physically confront fellow artiste Burna Boy if they happen to meet in the same place.
The controversial entertainer made the statement during a recent interview with Yanga FM Lagos, where he maintained that he has no relationship with the Grammy-winning singer.
Speed Darlington, whose real name is Darlington Okoye, said he would not back down from confronting Burna Boy and also expressed interest in facing him in a boxing ring.
He said he hopes to take on Burna Boy after his scheduled boxing bout with skit maker and singer Carter Efe.
“Me and Burna Boy have no relationship. If Burna Boy enters any room that I am present in, I will fight and jump on him. If I win the forthcoming boxing match between me and Carter Efe, I hope Burna Boy will be next,” he said.

The latest comments came amid the long-running dispute between the two entertainers, which has previously resulted in legal proceedings.
Speed Darlington was previously remanded in custody following allegations of defamation involving Burna Boy. He was subsequently granted bail, while the legal dispute remains before the court.

The disagreement between the artistes intensified after Speed Darlington made allegations concerning Burna Boy and American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Speed Darlington had alleged that Burna Boy engaged in an inappropriate relationship with the embattled American rapper in exchange for his Grammy Award.
Burna Boy has previously denied the allegations, while the controversy has continued to generate reactions from fans and followers of both entertainers.
